ORDERING

  • Orders can be placed by phone at our landline number (02) 8536426 or mobile 0916-7434029. 
  • You may also send us an e-mail at megabitesdelight@gmail.com and include your name, phone number, and details about your order. Also include the date of your event. We will promptly contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm your order and discuss additional details.
  • We recommend a lead-time of 2-3 weeks to give us sufficient time to reserve your order and discuss the essential details of your request. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We require a downpayment of at least 30% of your total bill to reserve your date and process your order.
It can be made at our Paranaque office (cash or dated check) or thru Direct Bank Deposit (Metrobank). Your copy of invoice will be emailed after receipt of payment.

PICK UP / DELIVERY

Orders are available for pick-up in our office in Paranaque, or for delivery (minimum of P5,000 worth of order) within Metro Manila (selected areas) at a fee. 
Charge varies depending on location. All orders are packaged in white cardboard boxes for safer handling during delivery/pickup.

SHIPPING

Only selected items from our product line are available for shipping due to the delicate condition and structure of some of our chocolates and packaging. Kindly contact us so we can ascertain if your order can be shipped to your location.

STORAGE

  • Our chocolates can be stored for up to 3 months in their packaging or in airtight containers.
  • Refrigeration is not necessary. The storage area should be a cool, dry place, and away from direct heat and light. If the chocolates will be refrigerated, ensure to wrap tightly to prevent moisture. Bring to room temperature before unwrapping.
  • Chocolate is also sensitive to surrounding odors, so store in an odor-free room with good ventilation.
