Giveaways & Souvenirs: How To Order

ORDERING

Orders can be placed by phone thru our mobile number +63916-7434029 (Please message via Viber if our number cannot be reached)
You may also send us an e-mail at [email protected] and include your name, number, and details about your order. Also include the date of your event. We will promptly contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm your order and discuss additional details.
We usually recommend 3-4 weeks advance notice when placing orders to give us sufficient time to reserve your order/packaging and discuss the essential details of your request.
But rush orders can also be accommodated depending on availability of your chosen item/quantity.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We require a downpayment of 50% of your total bill to reserve your date and process your order.

Payments can be made thru Direct Bank Deposit (Metrobank / BDO / BPI) or via Gcash. Your copy of invoice will be emailed after receipt of payment.
*Please note: We do not accept refunds or cancellations once downpayment has been made as all our products are made-to-order.

DELIVERY

Orders are available for delivery within Metro Manila.

We book the services of TRANSPORTIFY or LALAMOVE to pickup and deliver the items to you (with delivery charge depending on distance).

STORAGE

Our chocolates can be stored for up to 2 months in their packaging or in airtight containers.
Storage can be at room temperature or air-conditioned. Refrigeration is not necessary. The storage area should be a cool, dry place, and away from direct heat.
